At, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, which is why most items come with a 3-year, 5- year or 7-year warranty. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during this warranty period, it can be replaced, refunded, or exchanged. To claim a warranty product, please contact with:

  • Your Order or Reference number
  • Pictures and/or video showing the defective or damaged product(s)
  • Model Number of Product (if there are multiple on order or if multiple products)
  • An explanation of what is happening and what you'd like in return

SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY: Please carefully review our shipping policy before placing an order. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be reversed (canceled or exchanged). However, if your shipment has not been dispatched, you can cancel the order.

Canceled orders will be refunded via the same account used to make the initial purchase.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE $99: We offer free shipping on all purchases of $99 or more, applicable to all contiguous continental states (or lower 48 states) of the United States. No delivery charges will apply for high-value orders.

Transactions below this value will be charged based on product type, size, volume, or other considerations. Shipping & handling charges will be displayed during checkout before you proceed with payment.

DELIVERY DAYS: We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day, typically taking 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not included as delivery days, even for express delivery orders.

Once the package is in transit, you will not be able to make changes to the order, such as modification or cancellation.


All orders require a physical street address for accurate delivery. Orders with a PO BOX shipping address will be ineligible for delivery by UPS and may incur additional charges. We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Once a shipment has been dispatched to the address provided, it cannot be redirected to another address.

A signature is required upon delivery. We take no responsibility for the product if it is signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order. If delivery fails for reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or premises being locked, a second delivery attempt will be made with a delivery fee. If unsuccessful, the package can be picked up from UPS within 5 days of the initial delivery attempt.

In emergencies such as bad weather or natural calamities, Eco LED Lights LLC reserves the right to reschedule delivery, and you will be duly informed. In such cases, if you request to cancel the order and receive a refund, or if the package has been shipped but not received due to reasons beyond our control, you will receive credit to your account after an appropriate investigation.
